Brisket Chalupas – Double-decked tostadas with the first layer covered in black beans and cheese, then layered on a second tostada is brisket, more black beans and cheese, lettuce, avacado and topped with pico sauce and a sour cream drizzle. Also fabulous vegetarian style!
